The Museum of the Cultures of Wine of Catalonia, VINSEUM, offers the chance to enjoy all the senses of wine in a unique setting that combines the charm of historic architecture with the comforts of a modern building.
Located in the historic center of Vilafranca del Penedès, just 50 km from Barcelona. We have different spaces: a fully equipped auditorium, a covered Gothic courtyard, a terrace, a tasting room, a training room, and a large viewing space on the fourth floor.
VINSEUM also offers the possibility of preceding the private event with a guided tour of the museum’s permanent exhibition.

The VINSEUM auditorium is a versatile space, suitable for all types of events such as concerts, performances, as well as video projections, cinema, or audiovisual exhibitions, press conferences, seminars, debates, conferences, courses, presentation events, or award ceremonies, etc.

Degut a la seva ubicació central, el seu ús està restringit en termes d’horaris i sempre que no interfereixi amb el funcionament de la Taverna del VINSEUM ni coincideixi amb la programació d’esdeveniments del museu.

The first-floor terrace is an interior terrace accessible through the exhibition, surrounded by planters that block the view of neighboring courtyards.
It is an ideal space for catering, cocktails, or midnight cinema. Being an outdoor area, it is subject to weather conditions.

The VINSEUM tasting room is an ideal space for small-scale events, particularly for hosting tastings. It is an accessible room that connects to the museum’s tasting area.
Located on the main floor of the Royal Palace, with views of the Basilica of Santa Maria, it combines elements of the original Gothic construction with a large painting by the artist Fèlix Plantalech.
